Set and reach goals with the help of a trained coach


HabitNu delivers a proven Diabetes Prevention Program developed by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) at Walmart Health clinics. The program is delivered by Walmart Health's DTTAC (Diabetes Training and Technical Assistance Center at Emory University) trained health coaches. HabitNu program reduces your risk of developing type-2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases while improving your health. HabitNu program empowers you with the knowledge, skills, and encouragement to live your life and be well.

How it works

HabitNu is more than a food diary or step counter (but we have those too). Our program's simple layout helps you set goals and guides you through how to meet them. Supportive peers and coaches are a click away on the discussion tab, and classes are set to your schedule - review them any time you feel stuck. HabitNu knows weight loss and diabetes prevention is a lifetime commitment, so you'll be able to access the App even after your program ends.
